This particular design is Model 14357/10 or 12565/12 S Sommerso glass bowl manufactured by Seguso Vetri D'Arte and designed by Mario Pinzoni ca. 1965. 
 
Manufactured in immensely thick heavy weight crystal and azure blue sommerso glass. Substantial piece with immensely high quality weight. An authentic midcentury modern piece with Gorgeous clarity and color.

Very good condition, the colour and clarity is beautifully preserved on this piece, the piece is entirely unchipped or scratched on the top, the base has some minor scratching as would be expected having been moved for 60 years.
