Featuring a motif of a horse this beautiful Bottle Vase is crafted in the finest northern Italian ceramic and finished with fine glaze. The horse motif is so indicative of the work of Fantoni renown for his abstracted designs featuring warriors and horses. 
Finished with a chocolate brown glaze, the contrast between the stark which horse and its background give this piece an elegant gravitas. It’s hand thrown elements viable in its human-touched handle and pinched pour. 
Signed and numbered at the base this piece has its historical provenance in tact and is a valuable piece of mid century befitting of any collection.

Excellent condition, this piece is not chipped, scratched or mark. The glaze is not sun damaged and remains fully in tact. It has been so well looked after that there is still some remanence of the original price tag inside the lip.
