This piece is a very Rare High Quality Print by Charlie Delhauter of Nude Lady, 1960. Charlie delhauter was an iconic Painter of the Belgian Midcentury modern Arts movement during the post war period. Specialising in figurative art this piece is a particularly good example of his work.
With soft delicate dusky oranges and pale tones this piece is incredibly versatile. It’s comes in its original frame constructed from plaster, so indicative of the period. It’s simple white form lends itself beautifully to the elegant piece of art which it holds.
The print is an immensely high quality print as Charlie Delhauter was such an iconic artist of his time that only small numbers of prints were made to ensure exclusivity of his pieces. He was especially renowned for the work he did on artistic promotions for the Belgian Government in 1960s.
